1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn (for applicable items like clothing or footwear).
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may not be processed.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and eligibility.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
